Tina Sullivan
I have a Bachelor of Teaching and have 28 years of teaching experience. I am currently teaching cooking part time at Alawa Primary School in the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.
I have a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University and am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
I have completed the FODMAP IBS course through Monash University and have an interest in this area and that of general gut health.
Over the years I have trained for many cycling trips and high altitude treks and have experience in using food to create a healthy body for these activities.
Topics such as intermittent fasting and plant based diets are areas I am following current research on and am keen on exploring more sustainable practices in the food industry.
